On Oct. 8, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Speeding Bullet will host a “Savage Knuckleheads” event and signing with writer Brian Winkeler (Knuckleheads) and color artist Jordan Boyd (Knuckleheads, Savage Hulk, God Hates Astronauts and more)!
The Hulk faces off with Doctor Strange in “Savage Hulk” #5, with colors by Jordan Boyd. Here’s how Marvel.com describes the issue: Starting October 8, with SAVAGE HULK #5, the writing team of Corinna S. Bechko and artist Gabriel Hardman - also wife and husband - embark on a two-issue journey that revisits the mid-1980’s Hulk banishment to the Crossroads by Dr. Strange. The two creators clearly relish the chance to revisit a unique era in which Hulk - seemingly stripped of any shred of his humanity and completely silent - lets his brutal actions speak for him!

Knuckleheads, meanwhile, is the brainchild of Oklahoma writer Brian Winkeler. It’s drawn by Robert Wilson IV and colored by Boyd.
In Knuckleheads, Trevor K. Trevinski and Lance Powers were ordinary roommates until aliens visited a massively hungover Trev and gave him The Crystal Fist - a cosmic weapon that he can only seem to harness using videogame controllers and he only uses to cheat on video games and steal cable. But when a monster attacks the city, Trev must overcome his instinctive laziness and Lance’s bromantic nagging to save the day.
