Thanks to your help, we have captured BulletCon’s cardboard culprit! After your insightful accusations, Dave Dust broke down Perry Mason-style and confessed to strangling poor Vic!

His extreme jealousy of Vic’s success drove him mad, and he killed him with his bare hands. Three of you got both the murderer and the motive correct!

BULLETCON BUTCHER STILL AT LARGE

NORMAN, OK — Fictional authorities continue their investigation into the recent murder of Vic Veneer at Speeding Bullet’s BulletCon on Feb. 14. However, they have yet to look for clues in the boxes and boxes of super low-priced back issues.

Investigators in the past few days found a knife they believe was used in the slaying. Although no fingerprints were found, the DNA from a strand of hair on the weapon may hold the key to unlock the case.

Knife wounds are not considered to be the cause of death, but a blade weapon was used in the attack.

Vic Veneer was found dead by strangulation on Valentine’s Day evening in Speeding Bullet. He was also shot and stabbed and probably paper cut.

Several suspects were in attendance of the BulletCon and are being investigated in connection with the murder. They are oddly using Twitter to talk openly about the crime instead of seeking legal counsel.
