‘Days of Future Past’ book club is Aug. 15

Save the date for our next book club discussion! Our next book club discussion in connection with the Pioneer Library takes place at 6 p.m. on August 15 at Speeding Bullet Comics, 614 N Porter Ave. in Norman, OK. In this program we will be discussing Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past by Chris Claremont and John Byrne.

Read one of the most celebrated arcs in X-Men history! The year 2013 teeters on the brink of Armageddon. Sentinels, whose destructive paths have now reached humanity, imprison and exterminate mutants at will. Although teen Kitty Pryde is a newbie to the team, it’s up to the X-Men’s youngest member to relay a message from her future…to prevent a catalyzing event in the X-Men’s present.
